This company was supposed to come and install our new range, vent hood and washer / dryer. We had our appointment scheduled for early afternoon, but the owner said he would call when he had he was certain he would be able to pass by. Early that morning we received a call from his office stating that Troy was on an emergency call and would be later to our appoinment, somewhere after 12:30. No one arrived until hours later and then two other installers from Troy's company showed up. They were very slow to get started, one installer seemed to know what he was doing, the other seemed to be only good at removing packing stickers from the appliances. There was an issue with one of the workers because he damaged my new washer. My husband also instructed him to move the washer/dryer's position, but he neglected to do so. The installer who new what he was doing then wasted his time flipping the window on the dryer because they machines had not been moved. He also ended up scratching and scuffing the window and top of the washer to the point where we had told them both to stop what they were doing and call their boss. The owner finally showed up and proceeded to finish the range and gas hook-up install. He told us he had to reorder a part for our washer because his worker scratched it. It has been 3 weeks and we are still waiting to finish the install of the washer/dryer and get the replacement part also.
An update: installer had scheduled to come by over the weekend, and promised to call to confirm the time Saturday morning - unfortunately didn't hear anything until 2 pm that afternoon when they called to cancel the install appointment. Rescheduled for another time this week - we'll see - I am getting less hopeful!
