Workmanship is very good. However, have to deal with NOT anticipated cost for extra work recommended and paint job add another 25%.
Just be prepared for additional cost. Again they are professionals in their job.

The reason for your project exceeded the budget was due to work being added on half-way through the project and also due to the new colour choice that required three coats. In order to be understanding, we tried to help you by providing the third coat at cost, but we do have to charge for the additional work added to the project. We did discuss all additional charges with you before we proceeded with the additional work and you did agree to the charges. Our team strives on a daily basis to provide the best quality of work for our clients, but we are a business and we do need to be compensated for work that we provide.
