Tormenta Water Damage

Had a backup in my basement, the entire basement was flooded including my furniture were all damaged. Went thru our insurance company Tormenta took care of our claim beginning to end. They did the emergency cleanup and restoration repairs. Very punctual and clean work every step of the way. Great experience

Tormenta renovations came to my aid when I was having problems with our property manager. Water was slowly leaking into our unit for months and the property manager did not want to take accountability for the damages. Pierre came in and helped us determine where the problem was and the steps that needed to be taken to remove the mold and complete the repairs properly. Our home is now mold free and property repaired thanks to Pierre and Bill. Thank you for all your help and guidance throughout this experience. This co. was brought into a sewer back up claim by the plumbing company. They were only going to dry the carpet out but turned out to be full sewer back up claim. Bill the owner was easy to deal with and worked with us and the insurance co. to complete the claim. He was always available on the phone and the replacement carpet samples he provided were exactly as requested. The different repair personel did the repairs quickly and we were quite happy with the final work.
