Lu Ka Plumbing & Contracting

I purchased a Mattamy townhouse (3 bed, 2.5 bath) and Lu Ka Plumbing & Contracting was put in charge of installing the taps. First they installed the wrong tap in the Kitchen and incorrectly installed the tap in the master and 2nd bathroom. They have been back twice to correct their mistakes and install the correct kitchen tap only to discover they installed a defective kitchen tap. I would not recommend using this company at all.

Luciano was able to come and take a look on fairly short notice. His team came and completed the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

The job was not normal or easy. Luka Plumbing installed plumbing for a clothes washer for a main floor apartment without a basement. Since the apartment had several obstacles, the plumbing had to be installed in a specific location in the apartment. Luka knew exactly what to do. We had them back for a second job at our home for a new kitchen tap and to fix a valve for a hot water tank. Luka Plumbing provides excellent professional work. They are also reliable and courteous.

We had the original toilets in our home replaced with Gerber Viper toilets that Luciano recommended. Plumbers were very professional (and quick) and everything worked out exactly as expected. I would hire LuKa plumbing again without hesitation.

Moved into a newer home. Basement flooded due to outside tap leaking inside the walls. I called Luka plumbing and Luciano came out to assess and had one of his plumbers out the next morning. Everything is fixed and is functioning properly. Great work. I would highly recommend.

I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. Luciano was responsive, patient and able to guide our decision making based on our budget. The subs used held the same work ethic. Luciano was quick to address any concerns.
The time and attention helped us deal with the unexpected need to renovate our bathroom shortly after buying our home due to leaky pipe.

Had 2 Gerber toilets installed which were recommended by Luka. The plumbers arrived right on time. They did a fantastic job and kept the work area very clean. Very Satisfied

Luciano provided a professional, dependable service and was at ease sharing expertise to assist in addressing issues beyond his work scope. I paid for a plumber but got much more! His workmanship is top quality and his billing was punctual and clear. No surprises.

We have been using at Granstone (granite and quartz countertop fabricator) Luka Plumbing for the past year. So far they have performed about 10 jobs for us and they haven't disappointed us. If anything, they are extremely professional, show up when they are supposed to and perform very clean work. We only get rave reviews from our customers.

We definitely will continue to use LuKa Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We hired LuKa to install our toilet and sink in our basement powder room. In order to do this, they also had to more some pipes around. We called him on Monday and he did the job the next day. He was very polite and proffecional. He did a great job and we have not had any issues!
