Yevgeny inspected 2 homes for me.
He is very professional takes the time to explain every problems that he finds and presents recommendations regarding improvements that can be made to the home.
He gave me a ball park estimate of what to expect for the problems that needed to be corrected. Using his infrared camera he detected a water leak that was unknown to the owners of the house, because there were no apparent signs on the walls.
Really good inspector, I recommend him without hesitation!
