I needed an urgent inspection, with one day notice, on a property in Saint-Lazare. YG over the phone assured me to assign an inspector and Ilya was there during weekend right on time. He was professional and very educative during the work. The report came on time, and my questions afterward was answered as well. He is very professional takes the time to explain every problems that he finds and presents recommendations regarding improvements that can be made to the home.

He gave me a ball park estimate of what to expect for the problems that needed to be corrected. Using his infrared camera he detected a water leak that was unknown to the owners of the house, because there were no apparent signs on the walls.
