Horrible, Horrible! In my opinion and experience in short; Devastating and exhausting! Service was installed months ago and fireplace is still not working properly. For about 4 months it wouldn't work at all! Doug only asked for more money as he kept coming over to try and fix the previous problem. He created every problem on his own! Damaged the face of the fireplace (and sat there staring at me like he was hoping I would say no just leave it damaged, its ok, we only paid you for a brand new one!), he damaged my carpet as he dragged his dirty pants on them, the walls around from his hands. Doug also did not return calls and disappeared when confronted about the last problem we have. His excuse is because he invested a lot of time and money out of his pocket! He claims on his website to give satisfaction well we have nothing but the opposite! There are other cheaper and larger companies out there that care to keep a positive name. I would suggest in my opinion to use them.

There's always another side to the story, and there certainly is here - this incident has been equally unpleasant for everyone at Evergreen, but we prefer to move on with providing the excellent service we are known for.
