An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Douglas Hamilton of Evergreen, came to our house in downtown Toronto in November 2013, at our request , to carry out the annual service of our furnace.
The full service, including replacement of an Aprilaire filter, was carried out with care and efficiency and in a timely manner. Mr Hamilton explained exactly what he had done during the service including the testing of various furnace functions to ensure proper operation.
We were very pleased with the service and pricing and would certainly recommend Evergreen Comfort Control to anyone interested in first class HVAC service support and maintenance.
