Although the work Greg has done for me has been in the past, I feel that I need to add my comments. Greg did a reroof for a rental property, and then later on a reroof for my garage. All work was fully explained and done without any issue. Its quite apparent Greg knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work.
As he is the first and only person I call for roofing issues, I called him for issues with my new house that I had renovations done/overseen by a general contractor (I had wanted Greg to do it but the GC preferred their own roofing sub; was that ever a mistake in not insisting using Greg). Greg came by and took a look at the issues but unfortunately, advised the work needed was not within the scope of his services. Nonetheless, he provided feedback and even came back again when I called him to bounce off some ideas off of him. It is rare and refreshing to see someone that puts in the extra effort.
As I said, Greg an Crucial Roofing is the only roofing company I will deal with and have no qualms in recommending him.
