I would highly recommend Fairbairn Inspection Services to anyone who need home inspection. David, the inspector, is not only professional, but also very patient and responsible. Not like just going for a quick walk-through, David spent 3 hours to inspect the 2300 sqft house we intend to buy. He checked everywhere possible, using his professional device, and went through the report with us at the end. Within an hour after the inspection, an comprehensive report had been sent to our email. David is the best home inspector I have ever seen!
