Our story is very similar to Gesine's. Terry came to our house to give us an estimate for chimney repair. This company was referred to us by Reliance. Terry requested 50% down payment immediately. He told my husband he had been ripped off in his past. Months went by and job was not done. I contacted him and he told me he had been ill and had subcontracted the job out, didn't realize it was not done. He said he was out of town and when he got back he wld pay us. That was his first no show. Many calls, many texts were made to find out when he was coming. Numerous excuses were given when he wld finally reply. More no shows. Don't use this company!!
