I am a Commercial Construction Project Manager. I run projects for some of our largest clients. Although I m in the construction industry, due to time constraints, I needed to hire a Residential GC to complete my Kitchen Reno. Julio and Procision Contracting came recommended through a trade contractor that works for me on large commercial projects. From my initial meetings with Julio I was confident that he was well able to manage my kitchen reno. From the design stage, through to construction Julio was knowledgeable and reliable. He gave us a quote which he honored to the penny, but also made sure that other aspects, that were not part of his scope, were organized and effectively installed.
