Lucas did a good job inspecting a house for us, however his after-care conversation and promises left something to be desired. Seemed like he was more interested in getting paid for the job rather than actually helping me solve my issues (which he repeatedly offered to do).

Lucas did a fantastic job inspecting a house for us. He was early to the appointment, professional, and extremely thorough. On top of educating me about many parts of the home I thought I knew, he did so in a friendly, understanding, slow-paced manner. He pointed out not only what, but why, and also how to take care of the issues he did find. He answered all my questions and even after the job was complete, invited further.
