Richard was prompt, exact, thorough, professional, understanding of my particular needs as a homeowner, and he finished when promised. The work area was left clean, the panel box was clearly marked, & the job was neat. Both Patrick amd Kevin who worked with Richard on this project were committed to the same professional standard that was set by Richard. I felt safe leaving these fine men in my home while I was doing my daily chores. I will definitely call ReelServices for my next electrical retrofit.
