They convinced me to go with them because they were promising to get the work done quickly. Project was significantly delayed and I received conflicting explanations about why. I could have found a more competitive quote to do the work in less time. This was a very bad experience all in all.

The contract between you and our company was signed online blindly based on the information you provided, and we didn't see the project till the installation team arrived to the premises for measurements.
Yes, we promised to finish the project as fast as possible again based on information provided however with certain conditions applied. What seemed to be a simple basement door installation turned into serious customization (non-standard size) of the door and installation procedure itself (2 meters deep with turn at the entrance).
After the project was finished you were happy with installation.
However later on Ms Nina Ghandi started to look for the reason for avoiding due payments. She paid 6 weeks later after legal procedure was invoked. Installation was made in November 2018, however the review was posted almost 4 month later.
