Service here was Fantastic! Trista and Brenda at the store, who gave great info. Jason who does the templates was also very helpful giving info on prep for installation. Josh and Greg who did the installation were amazing. Any hiccups were handled with ease by Trista.

We needed some small pieces to make a built in side table and a small bar top in our finished basement. I received wonderful suggestions and assistance from the moment I emailed with my questions, through to my choice of slab, payment and pickup. We will definitely come back for larger projects in the future!

After an initial very frustrating process with a big box store where, after they did measurements, took payment etc, we were informed that they could not get the countertop up the stairs safely and they cancelled on us, we contacted TNT. TNT came out initially to take a look and helped us arrange a boom truck then came back for measurements. My wife and I visited their showroom and make our final selection of Quartz. Shortly after they informed us they could do the various sections with only one small seam! Installation was smooth and really well done - both my wife and I are very happy with the results. TNT was always professional and patient with us as we worked through the process, dealing with all the other factors involved in a kitchen reno. Highly recommend them (and I'll add that the cost was very similar to that of the big box store).

Everyone was so helpful from the moment we first visited the showroom to choose the countertop material, to the accurate measurements taken, to the precise cutting of the quartz, to the final installation. They kept in contact with us throughout the process so we knew exactly what was going on.

Josh and Austin did an awesome job of installing our new kitchen countertop! They arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise, and they were polite, courteous, and cleaned up as they did the job. They are a great team! Josh helped my husband push our stove back in place and he gave me some advice on cleaning.

This is the second time I have gone to TNT for a countertop. They did our kitchen countertop several years ago. I was so impressed with their professionalism, service, product, and price that I went directly to them for the bathroom countertop. They are very knowledgeable about the product and service they provide. Neither of my countertops were "easy"--both had peculiar angles and shapes. Many years ago, I had someone mess up the measurement for the kitchen counter and lived with it for years. TNT did it perfectly. They do exactly what they promise and they do it when they promise--and they do it with a friendly smile. Shockingly, for such a great product/service, their price is really modest. You cannot do better. Thank you--you hit it out of the park again!

Dealing with TNT was a great experience from start to finish! Trista in the office was so helpful and accommodating, completing the template was perfect, and the installers Greg and Josh were wonderful as well.
