My husband and I were very pleased with the bathroom reno. The work is excellent and the cost stayed very close to the estimate. The workers were very polite and explained all the steps to us. The work was done in a sufficient amount of time and did not drag out.

I contracted with Kovar Contracting to remove massive ice buildup on my roof. The company was responsive, the workers were diligent and highly competent. I recommend them very strongly.

We recently had siding replaced and ice-guards installed on the roof of our residence. Kovar had previously replaced the roof at my grand-daughter's house, and the siding, soffit, fascia and eaves at my daughter's house so we were confident in choosing Kovar Contracting to complete our project. From the beginning, we received excellent advice on everything from colour and material selection, to scheduling, and then on-site preparations. The Alex and Kevin team showed up on time every day, kept a clean job site and were detail oriented and professional with their work. The finished project is impressive, and certainly met all of expectations and more. We receive many compliments from neighbours and friends. Kovar was a great company to work with so giving them 5 star plus.

I decided to go with Kovar Construction for my attic insulation upgrade after having obtained 3 different quotes. Kovar was very transparent with me regarding the Greener Homes Energy Grant which was amazing and I will end up getting some money back as a result. The team of two were amazing and completed the job in about 2 hours and left the work area very clean. I have to say they are very thorough and I am so happy I chose to go with them. All my questions were answered and I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Do your homework and always choose the right company for the job but if you want your attic insulation brought up, this is the company to use hands down.
