During the crazy wind storm earlier this year, we lost several strips of shingles. It was stupidly busy because of how many people it affected - most roofers were not reachable over the weekend (and were probably out doing damage control). Luckily between Amber running point on the phone to coordinate a list, and Mike and his team working tirelessly, they were able to get to us by Tuesday - before the next major rain. We were already dealing with a major leak into the attic because of missing shingles on the weekend, so it was a blessing they came in time to our rescue.

We had several other concerns on our roof (we weren't entirely sure what was "normal") and the team came to check things out again to reassure us that there aren't additional issues that needed to be addressed. They offered to send someone to pick up the payment, but I ended up driving over in person just to personally deliver the payment and thank them for their work.
