Bought a 4 bedroom bungalow in south Etobicoke built in 1910 and it hadn't been touched in at least 60 years. We called Lou for a quote for kitchen and bathroom gut, supporting wall removal, all new floors, all new wiring, adding 2 new bathrooms and updating plumping. We had a very tight 8 weeks timeline with Christmas and New Years in the middle but Lou and his team did an amazing job through an incredibly stressful time. Rick (our site manager) made it all happen and we couldn't be happier with the result. The quote was dead on to the ending total and we have recommend Inspire Home to anyone who asks!
