I wrote an inquiry looking for a firm to provide a no obligations quote for a small job as the 3 firms i called all required a $60 fee just to show up. Oleg responded and promptly showed up, assessed the job and completed it in 30 min - for $50! Very polite, tidy and personable. A true pleasure to do business with !

I’ve got a problem recently in my house, in the kitchen and the bathroom upstairs- leaking faucets. The water has been dripping constantly, it’s driving me crazy! But in all this daily grind I never had a chance to take a day off, and finally resolve all little problems around the house, apparently thoughts of running water bothered me only late in the evening. Nevertheless, last Sunday forced myself to call Doctor Rooter; my colleague gave me their number. So, taking a minute to thank Doctor Rooter for quick response, courteous service and for saving my sake!

I have never written a review before on home stars, but after the help and service I received from Doctor Rooter I though I would. The project started off with a quick remodel of our 2 peace bathroom. Once I opened it up and took it down to studs I had found lots of issues with the existing pluming hidden behind the walls. So I did what I think most do and opened up Home Stars and read a lot of reviews and pick three. I got a free estimate from each, but decided to go with the Doctor because of there knowledge and expertise. They did the work quickly and efficiently. I was happy and felt like I had made the right decision. Both me and my wife are now deciding when we can have them back in to help with our 3 pc bathroom remodel in our master.

Recently the sewer in the shower and in the sink was completely clogged. No time to wait! I called Doctor Rooter,they did a small works around the house for us before. The guy came quick,fixed drainage instantly and successfully. Gave some practical advices. It's a pleasure to deal with pro!

We have got a leak after intensive rains this summer, walls started leaking after the first downfall plus the moisture is very high at summer time, I suppose everyone knows how it is here… We received several estimates and chose Doctor Rooter Company based on their observation to details and professional approach. The work has been started and done on time, even earlier than we expected. They paid attention to all details thought the process on the exterior and interior part of the house. We worked through Alex and all the time he asked for my permission to go further especially when they were doing the outside part, notifying myself about each step they do. Everything had been sorted out and finished impeccably with thrift and care. We absolutely testify that the job was done excellent! For sure purchasing a house it’s one of the most problematic purchases that you could do especially when it’s your first time. We were intended to buy the house, good pricing and convenient location. Nevertheless I did a quick search on all possible issues and pitfalls, found out that there might be a lot of problems with drain system and basement as well. So, I insisted on the drain and moisture basement inspection. Doctor Rooter helped us out, it’s a great company to deal with! They did drain camera inspection and recorded a CD for us to check. Also they checked the basement on moisture with a special detector. Fortunately there wasn't any problem with the house and we sealed the deal confidently. For the service they made we paid about 250$, but the sellers put it under their expenses. Recently we moved in and happy with our new purchase.

This summer we faced a new problem, in our house after a huge downfalls a first signs of destructive moisture showed up. Initially it was only a small black spots on the top of the wall in the basement, especially in the corners. The next week, it was a couple days of raining at row and over these days it grew larger. So I started search for a waterproofing company. There was a work up the street and I talked to the neighbors, they assured me that they work with the Doctor Rooter for a while and know Oleg rather well, that he is good and dependable guy. So, I asked for his contacts and set an appointment on Monday.
What I would love to notice, I was impressed by the young guy's attitude towards work, from the first 15 minutes it was obvious, I deal with a professional and my doubts disappear. Oleg cleared up all questions and what is important in easy and comprehendible way to me. He had couple of options to choose from which is perfect for me, I stuck to the most appropriate, because I wanted to get a quality and fit into the budget as well. The project began almost immediately, the next business day Doctor Rooter's group came by with all necessarily equipment and also called for gas pipe location. The work was done fast and honestly, very clean. I thank Doctor Rooter, appreciate their service, would recommend them to anyone who had a hard time to find quality and price All-in-One!

We were referred to Oleg for some backflow issues in our basement. After a quick visit, Oleg was able to assess the two contributing issues, indoor and outdoors, and provide us with his best & most cost-efficient recommendation.

The crew completely isolated the indoors area to minimize the amount of cleanup required afterwards. The outdoors area was treated similarly and the impact to our property was minimal.

These guys work HARD - managed to juggle timelines with another job to be able to get the work done as quickly as possible. They were courteous and considerate of the fact that our chile & family needed regular access to water/drainage.

Oleg manages his team very well and is excellent to work with. He provided my neighbour with a quote for additional work, and we'll be calling him back to take care of a lower priority item very soon.
