Had Dr.Rooter do a repair in 2018, looked at cracks and said this would fix it, 20 year guarantee!
They did a great job, but 6 months later was leaking again(mainly winter leaking). Took 3 more months and bad reviews before Oleg (owner) came back and did additional repair, still leaking after a few months again.
Leaking again, another 6 months or so.
Oleg came again, took quick look inside and out, tried to say it was only a guess as to where leak was, have original invoice not stating any "guess", just 20 year guarantee. He said he would seal from inside for$800 more. Don't trust any promises unless very detailed in writing! Getting other company to repair this time, with detailed
guarantee in writing.
