And on that time it was a problem with your previous backwater valve, which had been damaged and some internal parts were missing. After a quick inspection we concluded that the reason might be a sudden influx of water into the valve, which dislodged and carried away those parts. So, to resolve the problem Doctor Rooter put a new backwater valve with the lower horsepower, which prevents the movements of those internal parts, thus it would not be carried away when the water is discharged.
