Most flooring stores we walked into, we'd find one or two samples we liked, but the selection at Codona was amazing and we had a tough time choosing. Thankfully the guys there helped, encouraging us to eventually go with the flooring we kept coming back to and clearly loved (even though we weren't sure it would fit with the lighting, etc in our new place). But, they were right and our black walnut floor is stunning and really makes the place! It also cost significantly less than at other stores we checked out. Sasha, Oliver and their crew were amazing. We're going to keep these beautiful floors for a long time to come, but heartily recommend Codona to anyone else who's looking for gorgeous floors installed well.

We got our bedroom flooring done by Codona Flooring and it was a great experience. They offer excellent customer service and professional workmanship. The owner, Milos, offered us great and honest advice on what kind of flooring would suit our home. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end and the work was completed promptly. He was also very responsive to all our inquiries, provided lots of samples for us to take home, and was patient with our decision-making. He was willing to recommend quality flooring at reasonable prices, making sure I didn't choose an inferior product that damages easily or had a poor finish. I've had bad experiences in the past with Floor Installers and Milos put me at ease and was a breathe of fresh air. What a pleasure it was to work with this company. From the very first, Milos took his time with me and guided me in the choice of carpeting available. He answered all my questions. The day the new carpeting was installed, the men working for him took their work seriously and I could see that they were professional in their craft. Working with Codona was quick, clean and comfortable from start to finish. Our floor looks brilliant - like it cost 3x as much as it actually did. Our baseboard corners were cut to fit our unique walls (our walls have rounded corners) and so some walls look like priceless Greek pillars! The company's owner is quick to respond, very easy to work with and always puts in 100%. We did our research before using Codona. After using Codona we can confidently recommend that you stop wasting your time researching other companies. Use these guys to save money, time and grief! You'll get a floor that's worth more than you've spent for it.

After much research and visiting many flooring stores, I discovered, quite by chance, Cordona Flooring on 1007 Pape. Cordona had a good selection of product displayed in their showroom, were able to quickly provide the exact product I selected and install it in a very timely manner. The initial process involved a free home visit to determine accurate measurements and an estimate (which did not alter after installation) for an entire basement. Installation was quick, clean and took one full day. A follow-up visit by the owner determined that there was a tiny imperfection in the newly installed quarter round (we had never even noticed) and it was replaced upon the owner's insistence. Having already been burned once by a flooring company, I can honestly say that Milosc runs a a reputable, extremely cost-effective and efficient flooring installation company. He has many products to choose from, great employees and his work is impeccable. I will use Cordona again and highly recommend this company. The company is operated by a friendly and honest professional who knows what he is doing and understands his client needs.

We wanted to use a local business and not corporate behemoth. We wanted a good product and good service but did not want to pay too much as it was just the basement floor to be done.

We have zero complaints about Codona. Product price was comparable and their installation price was great. The timing/service/completed job was fantastic and I have recommended to a neighbour to give these guys a call.

We will certainly visit their store again next time we need flooring as we are really happy with them.

We were renovating the main floor of our house and found the floor we wanted at the home show. We started looking for local distributors. We visited the large chains and found Codona almost by accident. We were immediately impressed with the knowledge and personal care Milos provided. It's nice to deal with the owner of the business and to buy from someone local. Adam, the installer, was amazing. Our house is over 100 years old so nothing is square. Adam came up with solutions to deal with this and made any changes we asked for without any fuss. I would use Codona again and will recommend them to my friends.
