We were very satisfied with our experience! It was all very smooth and easy. And Vlad (who installed our windows) was EXCELLENT. He did the work quietly and thoroughly, and the the work was outstanding. We were very happy with the over all price, we had no issues with sizing of the windows, and Vlad seemed to take pride in his work. We would recommend Platinum and Doors to any of our friends, and would definitely use them again ourselves.

I had a front door installed and the installer showed up on time and did a great job with the install , this guy really takes pride in his work .
Also it was a real pleasure dealing with Maggie from their office , she gave outstanding customer service . Maggie communicated every detail with me and treated me like I was so special .. Because of Maggie and the great install I will definitely use your company again and refer you when I can .

Love the new door--it was worth the 6 month wait, blamed on COVID. Also the installation was terrific.
--Surprised that supply company unable to supply the door we ordered and we were not told until about 5 months after order made that we had to pick a new door which cost more. Change again blamed on COVID.
--door sill is higher than the cement step it is on, creating a tripping hazard. We are working on fixing this.

We order this door in the middle of the pandemic. Platinum did their best and had the door installed.
The door looks very good and the technicians installing it were good: well organized, efficient and very respectful towards our time and property.

Great experience. Very pleasant people to deal with (both the initial visit from Jim to get an estimate and then the guys who did the installation) and we are really pleased with the new doors/windows.

Jim was an amazing consultant! So polite and willing to listen to my needs. The gentleman that installed my door was very professional and readjusted my uneven doorway. Most companies would have just left it and installed the new one over the existing uneven doorway. My old doorway could never lock very well, but now our new door looks amazing and locks very easily and smoothly! Thank you all for the amazing work that you did. It took a few months to get my door installed but that is because of covid and the lock down, so not the company fault. Would definitely recommend them! Thanks again, Platinum!!!

We absolutely love our new window, especially with being able to open the transom when the weather improves. The installation went very smoothly.
