Nick contacted me quickly when I put out the request for an electrician. Speaking on the phone with him, I immediately had a good vibe - honest, personable, not pushy.
We met to go over the dwgs, and review the house...again I felt that good vibe about our meeting...so now it was down to price.
I received multiple quotes, and had multiple visits from other electricians. Nick price was in-line with the other quotes, but in terms of personality and "working relationship", I felt most comfortable with Nick, so we decided to proceed with Gibraltar.
It was the RIGHT decision. Nick was always available to take my calls when I had questions. I appreciated the honest feedback, when I was unsure about some things (e.g. pot light choices), and when we needed a quick item completed to move ahead with work (like an electrical disconnect, or to install an outlet in a hard to reach area), Nick was quick to respond and was able to show up the same day - THANK YOU!
Nick also has the most amazing Lead Electrician - Steve. Calm, collected, knowledgeable, and of course very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
