I contacted Sam to help fix leaky faucet in my kitchen. Right on the phone Sam asked me a few questions and advised that I call Moen for free replacement parts. Once the parts arrived, I called Sam and he responded promptly by setting up a mutually agreed time. He fixed it in a timely manner. Because of this advise I saved money on the replacement parts since Moen has life-time warranty on parts. Sam is honest and professional.

Repaired / fixed up main water drain pipe (cast iron) which was leaking between two washrooms, Sam found the area where the leak was, climbing up & resealing the joints with new clumps & rubber seals

He came to my house shortly after i called, and within an hour, he solved the blockage problem. I would highly recommend him to any one needing home repair works.
