I had an issue with an initial hardwood installation so I hired Bill to do some corrective work as I had used him once before. Happy with him the first time around. He indicated from his inspection that the issue with my initial install was that the installer went overtop parquet that was glued to concrete. After Bill's corrective work the issue persists and has improved moderately , but really varies day to day. Working with Bill to resolve the issue and hiring an independent specialist to assess the matter.

After getting several independent opinions and well as his own supplier his claim regarding parquet flooring glued to concrete appears to be false as a general rule. Very friendly as other have indicated, but feel I have been taken advantage off and given false expectations regarding his services. My loss was $2,000.00.
