Navco was nothing short of awesome! From the very beginning when I reached out, Edgar got back to me very promptly and we arranged a time for later that week for him to come by and take a look at our old cedar roof. I got 4 quotes total, Navco wasnt the cheapest nor the most expensive however Edgars quote was by far the most detailed and encompassed everything I was looking for. He provided roofing options in the lower/medium/high end of the asphalt shingle range, cedar option and even the enviroshake option which I initially was most interested in however was above my budget in the end. We went with the GAF Grand Sequoia and it turned out amazing. Edgar was super easy to work with and very prompt at returning calls/texts/emails. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked their butts off everyday. The attention to detail really shows and the finished job is better than I could have ever imagined. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Navco for anyone looking for a new roof!

Replaced failing wood siding with Hardie Board. Did a great job to maintain the overall look of the home. Polite respectful team, working quietly (none of the usual radios blasting/yelling), kept site clean at the end of each day, responded to questions, concerns, requests for advice. Very happy with the finished product & workmanship.

Navco completed the roofing, fascia and gutter replacement on the house next door to mine, which gave me a great opportunity to observe their work quality and Health & Safety standards prior to requesting a quotation.

I then met with Edgar to discuss replacing my roofing, skylights and decaying woodwork. He explained the options for the replacement with no pressure to sign a contract, just a friendly discussion, which I very much appreciated.

Navco turned up on the agreed date, with plenty of workers, and worked from about 8am to 6:30 pm each day allowing the work to progress quickly and efficiently.
Their adherence to Health & Safety was good to see, and all of the workers were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The quality of the work was exceptional with added details included to preserve the life of the roof and fascia's.
They cleaned up all areas around the house every day and came to see me before leaving.

This is the first time I have written a review of anyone but can say that I would have no hesitation in recommending Navco Construction Corp for roofing, fascia, trim, roof lights, and/or gutter replacement. They are local, and provided a high quality, safe, and timely installation for a very reasonable price.

They provided expert advice on replacing a poorly installed and poorly vented roof which included replacing the plywood, removal of old wet and moldy insulation and flashing. The work was done using quality products and even more importantly the workmanship and attention to detail was superb. They are committed to customer service and delivered on their promise keeping me posted on the process and journey to completion. This is the best company! Not only do they install new roofs, but they are a full construction company. As such, they were able to make much-needed structural changes to our home: an extension of a gable overhang. We were thrilled with the finished look, as well as with the attractive roof, new gutters, fascia, and skylight replacement. Their attention to detail, professionalism, skill level and dedication to a tidy, safe worksite-were impressive. Edgar and Ernesto were attentive and reassuring throughout the process. They only hire the best, and I have nothing but good things to say about the crew that worked so hard each day.
