Jeremy from Westside Pest Control came to the house is response to an issue with rats in the attic. As I could not assist due to a broken leg, Jeremy unloaded my closet, opened the panel to the attic, dealt with the rats, then boarded the panel back up and put everything back in the closet, then repeated all that on the next visit. After that he found the area on the roof where the rats were entering and boarded it up. He was enormously helpful; I would highly recommend Westside if someone has pest control issues.

I am more than satisfied with Westside and have already recommended you to my neighbor. I can honestly say it was one of the best examples of customer service I have received in a long time, starting with a live person actually answering the phone when I first called. Then the no hassle follow up to honor the guarantee, and the second call really seem to finish off those ants.

I wish all service providers delivered like you guys. Keep up the good work

In Oct 2011 Westside removed birds nests from my roof knee braces and enclosed the area to prevent nests building in the future. Much to my surprise 3 yrs later we had a new nest. I called Westside fully expecting to be told that the work was done too long ago to be warranted . Much to my surprise I was told someone would be out to rectify this within a week. Jeremy came as arranged , removed the nest and reinforced the wire mesh barrier, under warrantee. I a avert pleased customer !

We were finding wasps in our kitchen. As the days went on, there were more and more wasps. We looked everywhere outside the house near the kitchen and finally found where they were entering our kitchen. I called Westside Pest Control and they said they couldn't send anyone until the next day. I was desperate so I called back asking to be put on the cancellation list. They must have heard the desperation in my voice and managed to find someone as they were able to send someone that very day. They sealed all possible gaps inside with some painters' tape I had and then went outside to spray. That did the trick as the wasps have gone. Very pleased with the results.

In early September, a wasps nest hidden under the roof eave of my house was preventing me from enjoying my backyard deck. The wasps were everywhere. We had periodic rodent issues for years and finally got service from Westside, based on their on-line reviews. They were very professional, returning 3-4 X to deal with our stubborn problem, in a timely manner. We have had no subsequent issues and still have several months left on the contract, just in case.

Phoned West Side Pest Control about a wasp issue and made appointment, the tec was ill so the owner came instead, score points!!!! The wasps were very stubborn so another visit was needed. This company is fantastic, they came back out, no problem and Bye Bye wasps. Will certainly call for future work, hopefully I won't need any.
