We paid a lot for squirrel proofing our house with a 12 month guarantee. 10 months later, there are still squirrels in our attic and the company wants more money for any inspections. Very unsatisfied with West Side Pest Control.

This company is wonderful, and the owner really cares. My husband I affectionately refer to him at "ratman," not the hero we want, but the hero we need. We moved into our new home and were shocked to discover rats in our crawlspace. Mike and his team came into our home and sealed up our patio (the entry point), and baited and trapped the rats inside our home. They came back twice to ensure all the rat were gone, and they did a throughout clean-up after. There was a misunderstanding about what their guarantee covers, since we needed multiple clean-ups, but Mike swiftly rectified the situation and offered to do a free ant service. You can trust Westside to handle any pests with tact, honestly, and professionalism. Thank you for caring.

Carpenter ant spray and rat investigation (initial rat check and two more trap check visits), they gave advice and recommendations that were clear, concise and clever.

Service was in late August but I wanted to wait until first frost of winter to write a fair review of my spider removal and prevention treatment especially because I've read online that traditional insect pest treatments do not work for spiders. I can now confidently say that this is the first autumn in the 10 years I've lived in BC where I wasn't running around hunting down spiders under sofas, beds, dressers, in a bin of Legos, etc. often responding to the screams of my children. However Westside Pest Control was able to do this, I did not encounter a single spider since having the treatment. It really works.
