I recently used this company for a job. They replaced all the windows in my house. At first I was really Unsatisfied with the company, but like any company mistakes are made. I then call the manager with my concerns. He was able to fix the issues to a reasonable state. I have to say he did do his best to fix the problem that occurred. If you were wondering what the problem was. The installer had off set the window and cut a chunk out of my siding leaving it to be fixed by us. The manager then sent someone down to fix this issue. I know not everything can go back to the original state when this kind of mistake is made, But they did do there best.

The quality was our first choice, then the pricing. The project manager and all staffs in the show room and warehouse are friendly and helpful.

Our 3-storey house with steep rooftop and a very large window with old fashion finishing trim were a challenge, but they did a good job.

Mr. Wang is very experienced, thorough and detailed. He leads a very good team, with good craftsmanship, nice teamwork and excellent attitude. They respect your HOME and work carefully around your furniture. They are punctual and work to the timeline.

Their performance is excellent!
