Jim is personable and eager to please. He came by to determine what we wanted done and what he could do, and provide the approximate costs. Al phoned back to further discuss and arrange a time to do the repairs, which were completed by both to our complete satisfaction. Overall cost was very reasonable and we now have the look and function of new garage doors. Many thanks to both!
