BHS came highly recommended as a referral and I am so glad that I chose them. They are professional, polite and they take great pride in their work. The quality of the work from Carl and his team was impressive. They left the work site impeccable at the end of the day.

I was so impressed with Carl and his team. Out of 4 quotes Carl was the most reasonably priced and the quickest to respond, he went above and beyond what anyone else would do, we had water coming in our kitchen, Carl went up and tarped our roof in the pouring rain. He scheduled a day to replace our roof, he and the workers were here on time, they covered our neighbors property to make sure no debris went on their side. The guys worked non stop and were so polite and respectful, they definitely take pride in their work. If it wasn't for the new roof you wouldn't even have known they were here. The clean up they did of the job site was impeccable. I would highly recommend Benchmark Home Services, such a beautiful job our roof looks amazing.

The BHS team showed up as scheduled - they were professional and courteous. The project was completed on time and budget! Cleanup was amazing our house and neighbors - rolled our lawns and driveways with magnetic roller for nail pickup. Highly recommend BHS!

The team arrived as scheduled and completed the work as scheduled. They were very conscientious and meticulous - tarping and erecting protection for my property as well as the neighbours, leaving no hazards and my property looking better than when they arrived. Additionally, they were very polite and respectful of my privacy and space (I was home through the work).
The workmanship is solid - beautiful and strong. I had my roof done last year and have had ABSOLUTELY no issues.
