The estimates we were given were exactly what we were charged. There were no hidden fees or surprises. We were given exact estimates with regard to the quantity of materials required and advice with regard to the best places to purchase them. Chris is a true gentleman. The craftsmen were consummate professionals who took pride in every facet of the job, every detail , were precise and patient. Dedicated craftsman were assigned to the project from start to finish rather than hoping from client to client mid-way. The contractors were extremely professional and knowledgeable in a variety of fields. They arrived on time every day and they made sure that they cleaned up at the end of each day. They provided us with advice and options as needed to ensure that we would be more than satisfied with the finished product . They took the time to accompany us to the supplier when needed to purchase material. Remodel makes the journey a great experience from start to finish because they are personable and driven to achieve customer satisfaction. I really consider them family now.
I would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t wish to play Russian roulette with contractors. They are dependable, reliable and true to their word. Remodel is accessible and willing to answer questions or work through any design issues in a timely fashion. They are reasonable, resourceful and are up- to date when it comes to construction technology.. They balance function with design. Thank you for you continued business over the last 30 years and having confidence in our company. Your new garage was certainly a challenging project for us due to the required approvals needed by the different levels of government. We were required to obtain a permit to remove trees from the City of Toronto forestry department which required us to first obtain an arborist report. The new garage also required a demolition and a permit to build the new garage which we had to obtain by going through (COA) committee of adjustment. It took about 9 months before we got all the necessary approvals and permits required to start construction. After being in business for so long we have developed excellent working relationships with many qualified and licensed sub trades which we used on your project and subsequently complete their job in a timely and efficient manor and passed inspections by both the City of Toronto and the (ESA) Electrical Safety Authority. During any larger scale project we will always encounter some obsticals and challenges that need to worked through. We always try to come up with best solution possible with your input included. We believe in constant communication with our clients during any project by giving them updates along with site meetings to discuss the project and discuss issues that may arise. Good communication and having a good working relationship with any client is key to the success of any project. We hope that you are really enjoying your new garage.
