I had to have preventative treatment done in my apt, ONeal was awesome, great service, great advice and super worker!!

Never on time. No explanation of procedure. No explanation of what to do or not do. No progress in over a year. Now I am infested. Stingy on using gel or bait traps. Refused to do infested areas- only kitchen and sometimes bathroom. 2 sprays and only did kitchen and bath. Only change after spray was an increased infestation. Return visits not regular. Posted notice on my door prior to returning my keys and telling me when I could go home. No confidentiality. Blew me off if I tried to tell him of anything new.

From scheduling with Anne-Marie and having Thomas service our properties I am are very happy with Home Pro Pest Control. 5 stars across the board!

I had the unfortunate problem of having a severe infestation of Cockroaches. I never have had them prior to residing at my present location. I was so fortunate to have Homepro Pest Control attend to my infestation. In particular on two visits a very polite agent named Jonathon. Attended to my severe infestation. Jonathon was well versed in his knowledge of my situation. Explaining in detail to me the nuances of how he would tackle such a severe problem. Taking the time to answer my numerous questions about the infestation. I highly recommend Homepro Pest Control. Especially if Jonathon is the one who attends to the pest problem. Truly Jonathon went above and beyond to put my mind at ease.

I discovered we had 2 wasp nets in our backyard texted Homepro, they sent Gene out the next morning for free inspection. Gene arrived and said the nests were too small he would remove them for me for free, and if I see activity then call them back for exterior spray treatment for now no need. This company is very friendly, honest which is very hard to find in this world nowadays. Looks no more if you need pests control services this is the one, not only they are excellent friendly, and speedy but very honest (thanks Homepro and specially Gene for came by today, very grateful for your help !!!
