I purchased a coupon to have the ducts cleaned in my home. They arrived at the end of the appointment window but still within window. Cleaned ducts but proceeded to tell me how important it was to clean the furnace and air conditioner, as it had not been done before. I was quoted $200 for both however when job was done, I was told it was $200 each. Here is the kicker.... they promised to show me videos of the before so I could see how bad it was but the guys phone didnt work. I trusted him and agreed to the work. He did show me after and frankly, it didnt look any different. I closed off the bill with them at the time of the appointment - I am a person of honour and said I would contact the company to discuss. I have tried many many times to call, left a message but subsequent times have not been able to call as their voicemail is full. No return calls to my voicemails either!! So now is the worst part - the dust in our house is no different than prior to the ducts and furnace being cleaned. I am disgusted by this company and they don't deserve your business. Shop around!
