Had a leak in our basement ceiling. Josh arrive same day at exact time agreed to. Break in old piping which he took care of. Offered advice on old plumbing we have and what we might expect in the future and some steps we might take. Extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Every time I book them, they arrive on time, they're super efficient, friendly and very accommodating, going out of their way to make sure everything is perfect before they leave. Supply and install. Arrived on time to confirm the scope of the job. Offered alternatives and set a time/day for replacement of fixtures. Arrived within 2 hour window but even with delay, completed the job in a clean, efficient manner within 2 and one-half hours. I knew my alternatives and associated prices ahead of work being done and agreed to same. No hidden costs. Kellen is a talented plumber and very pleasant to deal with.

Hard to find part was found and replaced. Pretty sure many other plumbers may have just replace whole faucet at much more cost
