They were a recommendation from my cousin.

They came by a day or two after our initial phone chat.

First, Steve number one (sales manager) came by and took some rough measurements and notes. Majority of our windows (15 total) were needing wall adjustments, and we had two doors (French and single door) replaced. It ended up costing us around $37,000 which isnt cheap, but its the quality, skill and warranty that youre paying for, and its worth every penny.

Then Steve number two (the installation expert) came by with Steve one, and they took accurate measurements and chatted through any other red flags (I.e. structural implications etc).

Steve one sent us the final quote and asks for 25% deposit. The order was put in and it took around 2-3 months (if custom sizes) to be ready.

The crew came by and were there about 3-4 days and did the full installation. The crew worked really clean, but I still recommend removing and covering everything with protective covers from around the vicinity (ie clothes, flowers, blankets, appliances) pretty much anything within the 3ft radius I would clear from their way so they can work in a clean efficient way.

One of our windows was unique greenhouse style so it took longer to produce, so they came by again a month or two after they did the other windows.

The team was super nice and friendly. They were very accommodating when it came to schedules and timing, and also adjusted the quote as required if the scope changed.

For the trims we decided to go for a straight flat trim vs the typical ridged one. This wasnt originally offered but when we asked the team was happy to provide.

I would 100% recommend these guys and if I ever need any additional work done, Ill be reaching out to them again.

Had two sliding glass doors replaced, one above the other through kitchen and walkout basement that would leak from the top in heavy rain. Steve and Steve did a great job assessing and setting up the work and Max and his team completed the install making sure to address the leaking issue with great attention to detail!

The installers were also amazing Max and Oleg who were meticulous and took great pride in their work and truly worked non stop to get the job done. We were really happy with Fortress Window and Door. Richard was professional, honest, friendly, and helpful. No sales pressure. He noticed there might be some complexity regarding the smaller size of our door and was transparent about the options available and timelines. Installers did a quality job.
