For the quotation - Steven has described exactly what will be done without trying to sell me anything extra, which does not really have to be done (like most of other quotes I received). Steven provided quotation with all the details, as I requested, covering everything materials, labour and any potential damages that they would fix at no additional cost.
Max, the installer, was just amazing - very meticulous in taking measurements to having the installation done. Max pays attention to every detail and the job that he had done, including aluminum capping, was the best I have ever seen over many years in having house maintenance. There was a little defect (pinch in the patio door sealant, inside) that I noticed after the installation - Steven had attended to it right after I told him and arranged for service within days (which has already been completed)

This is the third time that we have used Fortress Doors and Windows and the third time that we have been completely satisfied with the service. Steve and Richard did a wonderful job. Richard fixed our upstairs bathroom window that was not draining properly that had become a problem during the heavy rainstorms we have had over the past couple of weeks. Steve replaced some flashing on our house gable that had been ripped off during a severe windstorm and he sealed off the underneath of our deck between the wall and the wood joists to prevent bees from returning and nesting in our basement wall. Both Stephen and Steve are very friendly and easy to deal with and the workmanship is excellent. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for windows or window related or siding related repairs.

All our windows were done by Steven and his team and we could not be happier!! As many know it can be hard to find people you trust to do work on your home so we have asked around for 2 years now. When we met with Steven we had a feeling that we would not only be taken care of with the quality of the product but also by a good human being and we were relieved to see that this was true throughout the whole process. Steve and Richard from Fortress are always there when you need them! Came out within 2 days to install new flashing and caulking to prevent leaking above a sliding glass door. Great workmanship and great customer service everytime!
