We bought an old house with drafty, faulty windows. In particular, we needed two windows replaced (eventually more) and went with Fortress because of their customer service, honesty, and price.
We were NOT disappointed!
Richard came by to assess the job and it was clear from the start that he cared more about making sure I got what I wanted and that it was logical and reasonable and functional than he did about forcing me into a sale. I trusted him and his team immediately.
He delivered on time, dealt with my own confusion and delays professionally, and at every possible opportunity he and his team went above and beyond.
I cannot recommend Richard and Fortress strongly enough. We will be needing some doors and windows replaced in the future and I won't even bother looking at other companies. Richard and Fortress have my business.
