Andy, Lia and their team are very dedicated and reliable. Andy is an honest person which gave us a lot of confidence to want to work with him right from our first conversations.
This being our first renovation, it was very helpful that Andy managed the entire project from concept to construction, and walked us through each step along the way.
During our renovation there was constant communication, updates and regular walk throughs and discussions about upcoming work to keep us well informed. Andy and his trades were very profession and respectful, including with how they managed relationships with neighbours.
Lia’s design contribution was also extremely helpful by providing us with ideas and helping us choose finishes along the way. My husband and I have different style ideas and many times Lia was able to give us solutions which combined the two.
We expected this to be a very stressful period in our lives but in reality we really enjoyed the process and now have a beautiful home for our family to grow into.
