I am extremely satisfied with Demark Home service. Today 2 demark technicians came and installed a new rental furnace Amana brand. They were polite and put out covers to protect the floors. it was installed quickly and properly. Highly recommend Demark Home ontario.

Last year, I called Demark to install a tankless water heater in my home. Mike was awesome - he guided me in choosing the appropriate tank for my home and needs, and was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I have since contacted Demark with questions and they are always super kind and helpful. Most importantly, Mike is extremely honest and his employees are always friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend them for either purchasing or renting HVAC needs for your home.

My furnace broken down in middle of the winter and needed replace immediately. I was choosing between two furnace providers, but DeMarks customer service was just too good. Mike really helped guide me through options and addressed my concerns. On the same day I called, I was able to get furnace replacement service the next day. Super fast and efficient. The guys who handled installation were also very professional and helped clean up after! I would highly recommend.

Our hot water tank broke down and I contacted the company and they took my information and sent it to the installation department. I was contacted within an hour by the installation department and spoke with an individual Mike who was very knowledgeable and detail oriented, he asked us several questions about the water tank and then suggested a solution which best suited our needs. He was also able to schedule an installation appointment the same day. We are very pleased with the service provided by the company and Mike along with the installation guys who came to install the water tank.

Furnace broke down during our cold spell last week. Contacted Mike on Friday and he was able to get a tech to come and install it that evening. We weren't cold that night! Mike also helped by submitting the rebate request to the government in time. Thanks so much Mike and crew!!! A++

DeMark Home provided great service to us. A new water boiler was installed by DeMark Home the next day after we contacted their office. Our previous provider advised that we would need to wait for 4 days or longer as they had no water boilers in supply to replace our broken one. From the first call all the way up to the new boiler installation DeMark Home was on top and made the installation with no delay.

Mike was great on the phone and help me and my parents with the process...calling back quickly and promptly...the service technician were quick and professional and very polite while working with my elderly parents
