Home Inspection review in Calgary

Clyde arrived on schedule, conducted a thorough check of the house and gave some verbal feedback re draftiness, things we should think about replacing etc but he said his findings and recommendations would be detailed in the written report. We paid $350 in full and it took about 3 weeks to get the report. The recommendations were very helpful.

Home Inspection review in Calgary

Clyde arrived on schedule, conducted what seemed to be a thorough check of the house and gave some verbal feedback re draftiness, things we should think about replacing etc but he said his findings and recommendations would be detailed in the written report. We paid $350 in full and expected the report within a week. When the report did not come I called and was promised it would be dropped off the next day. Still no report another week later and he is not answering the phone or returning our calls. Still hopeful that we will get the report we paid for but starting to have doubts about the legitimacy of this business. :(
