We discovered Total Home Windows and Doors through HomeStars which gave it great reviews. Based on that we contacted Anna an she made the experience of purchasing our 2 patio doors a very pleasant one. Dates of when they would be made and installed was met if not exceeded. The installer was very professional and when he found a small flaw (barely noticeable)in one of the glass pane he brought it to our attention and assured us that it would be taken care of. Within a week we had a representative from the manufacturer TH uses come up to look at the issue and within a week after that we had a brand new door installed. The professionalism and customer service was superlative on all fronts.
