I have an older fridge that leaked water. The technician book my appointment at a convenient time for me and also showed up early. they showed me the problem and how they would address it. He was very thorough and careful with my property.

Excellent same day service. Raymond is very professional and experienced. Washer wasn't draining. Came in the day I called, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. He even had a look at the dishwasher and provided feedback on it. Will definitely recommend him and contact him again if and when it is needed

When our washer stopped working, I called Sam at Energytech Appliance. He gave me a price for the service call normally charged, and subsequently made an appointment to come by and look at our washer at an agreed-upon time. Being punctual, Sam arrived when he said he would. He informed me about the specifics of the problem with the washing machine and told me which parts would be needed. Sam came back with the parts and repaired the machine at the price he quoted. It's good to deal with people with integrity. This quality is in short supply these days as larger companies push extra hidden charges and embed them in the small print. Sam will get all of my business in the future and I recommend him to all of my friends. Thanks Sam!

Sam came on a Saturday which was appreciated. The job was done well, he provided good advice, and completed the job in a timely manner. Third time using EnergyTech (2 appliance repairs previously) and the same good service.

They came out to fix my oven and we're on time and professional. The tech. Ray was very nice and knowledgeable and completed repair on first visit. I would definitely use them for all my appliance problems.

Terrible customer service. Don't believe their 'customer satisfaction' claim. They 'fixed' my fridge and when the same noise came back, I was told that I was mistaken, and that despite their 30 day warranty on labour, they would charge me for coming back to look at it again. Raymond was rude, disrespectful and should not be trusted by this company to deal with customers. Stay away!!

Expert care with dynamite diagnostic skills. Raymond was in and out within an hour. He made sure everything was running properly by testing twice before signing-off the work order. Most impressive.

Called the company and spoke to a repair man who asked a lot of questions before he came and did the job. He said it would be cheaper if I could let him know what the problem was. It was fix and all good. I would absolutlely recommend this company for all applicance repair.
