I had a problem with my fridge and I called the company, talked to Sami and he provided me with all the details and booked the appointment for the technician to come. The appointment window was from 10 to 12.
Safdar Khan the technician called me at 10 and told me that he would be at my house by 10:30. He was on time. Mr. Khan was very polite and knowledgeable. He told me right away what the problem was and the total cost to fix the issue. He completed the job and gave a good advice on fridge immanence. To top that, he even called the next day to make sure that everything was in working order.
One of the best customer service I have ever received. This company is highly recommended.
