Everyone at Bekmar has been fantastic to deal with. From Jesse coming out to go over the requirements to Katelyn in the office always so friendly and helpful to Ray who went the extra mile to do the work and with such detail and excellence. 11 AM...At minus 29,had the boiler fail. Called Bekmar, and they were at my home within an hour. Offered assistance to keep the house warm. Measured for a new boiler, and sourced. Returned the next morning to install a new boiler. Very professional, prompt. Had to source an electrician as the boiler replacement was an upgrade...no problem. This is the second time I have had them in for service, and would recommend them to anyone.....Great to deal with.

Various work completed from broken garburator, leaking tap, blocked toilets, leaking washer connection and heating problems all rectified with the minimum of fuss and a very friendly helpful attitude. A pleasure to do business with and reassuring to know there are still people out there you can trust to do a great job .

Bekmar has done an incredible job on my home, with the full renovation in the basement to the beautiful bathroom showers and sinks and tubs. The kitchen sink and faucet make the kitchen look very rich, and the installation of the water softener has made it all perfect. The staff are great and the service is excellent.

A gas line was installed from the connection on my deck to the gas fireplace on the deck. It was a flex line installed down through the deck surface, routed within the deck joists and back up through the deck to the gas fireplace. A replacement gas valve was also installed. I purchased the new gas valve and had to remove and reinstall the soffit under the deck. Job well done and no more propane bottles!

We had a plugged kitchen drain that we had fixed but the piping under the sink had been cracked and was dripping. We called Bekmar, who had been recommended to us, to replace all the plumbing under the kitchen sink.They were here on time, worked quickly and efficiently (compared to the company we had to fix the clog). We have had no issues whatsoever, or concerns, since they completed the work.

I live in Saskatchewan and was selling my house in Calgary the new owner brought in their home inspector, during the inspection some plumbing issue came up. I contacted Katelyn at Bekmar and made arrangements to have a plumber do an inspection first with a quote.
The work was carried out by Dion. The service from start to finish was outstanding, I would not hesitate to recommend Bekmar plumbing and heating to family and friends.

They came to assess the work, ordered the parts and returned when the parts arrived. The parts had to be ordered as they were not in stock at the distributor. They did try to access them the first day but were unable to. I really appreciated that. They arrived for both appointments on time and did a great job.
