Bekmar completed all the plumbing in our new house and the quality of their workmanship resulted in a continuous leak that was not detected in our shower for over a year and a half (the leak was hidden behind a toilet in a plumbing wall). Bekmar came to repair the problem (that they created) but insisted on charging us for two service calls (because they initially didn't have the part to repair the issue) which was a hefty bill. Bekmar claimed that our warranty was only good for a year but as I pointed out to them on numerous occasions this was not a warranty issue but rather a workmanship issue. They claim to pride their company on standing behind their workmanship in any situation on social media. This couldn't be further from the truth. Bekmar did NOT provide any customer service when dealing with this issue. Bekmar was only concerned about getting paid for their service calls. We were charged for 2 service calls and were left with the costs to repair the water damage to our drywall and baseboard (from their poor workmanship). Bekmar (Jeremy) threatened to hire a collection agency when I refused to pay and told them to contact my lawyer. Both their invoices ($480 total) have since been paid ONLY because it would have been very expensive to have our lawyer handle this matter. I would NOT recommend Bekmar as they don't stand behind their workmanship.
