Called on a Friday regarding a broken home AC unit, made appointment for a Wednesday. I was promised a call on Tuesday with a specific time window. Great!
Tuesday comes and goes with no phone call.
Wednesday, I'm getting anxious. It's my birthday and I don't want to sit around all day waiting. By 11AM I haven't heard from anybody. And nobody has shown up. So I call. Nobody answers. I leave a voicemail message.
3PM. Still nobody at my door. And no call back. Fine, I ring again, explain the situation, and am promised an immediate call back. I open some champagne for my birthday while I wait....
5PM. No call back. No technician. No working AC.
Why oh why do you make it so hard to give you my money?
