We were so impressed with the prompt service, professionalism, and in fact we're provided with floor heaters to help keep us warm while the unit was being installed. This demonstrates they are mindful of people's needs and going the extra mile to set themselves apart for others. They took their time to make sure the job was done properly and gave us opportunity to ask questions to make sure we were confident with the new system. We appreciated the fact they covered the work area to ensure they did not track snow, salt and dirt within our home. They left the worksite as clean as when they arrived. We received a follow-up call a couple of hour later to make sure there were no other questions, and encouraged us to reach out if needed. We would absolutely recommend their service to our family and friends. It is comforting to know we chose the right people we can trust in our home and with our needs.
