I should write this review earlier because Dragan fixed my refrigerator leaking problem on July 28.

I found Dragan-DP Service from Homestars to fix my
Refrigerator leaking problem. Dragon was professional on the phone and able to come to fix it the next day. After the phone call, I sent him the photo of my fridge’s model and serial number. He arrived on time with a 30 minutes advance call. He knew what he’s doing and finished his repair job within 30 minutes. GREAT SERVICE. I highly recommend Dragan for any appliance repair.

Our 8 year old fridge was forming ice crystals over the contents in the bottom freezer part of our fridge and the top of the refrigerator wasn't keeping food cool. Phoned DP Service and Dragon immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave us a quote, said he'd be there within a couple of hours and would phone 1/2 hour before arriving. Arrived exactly when he said he would, was efficient, professional at explaining the problem and installed a new control panel kit in less than 2 hours. Said our fridge should last another 10 years . I recently replaced my laundry rm floor + had to move-disconnect the washer to an alternate place--once complete moved washer back to it's normal spot--tried to do a load of laundry--washer would just buzz--cycle would not begin--called DP Service + Dragan--he answered right away--described my scenario+ his 1st question--is the water turned on-I had completely forgot to turn on water again after reconnecting hoselines--30 sec of advice + no cost--I would highly recommend Dragan + will call with my next appliance issue in the future!--thx again Dragan!

I called to enquire about my fridge that was leaking - Dragan was very professional on the phone and able to come out the next day. He arrived on time and spent several hours to try and repair my fridge. He was extremely patience to ensure that the leak was indeed fixed. Unfortunately it was not and he had to order another part. He suggested that we leave the fridge out from the wall and put a container to hold the water to ensure not further damage to my floor. He arranged to have the required part within a day or two and plans on returning to complete the job. Dragan was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to his return to complete the job. I would highly recommend him.

Quick diagnosis and turnaround. Worked late evening and didn't charge for hours worked. Reasonable and recommended. It's a one man operation but he has the flexibility to work after-hours and weekends.

Fridge not cooling! Did a google search for an appliance repair tech that would come on a Sunday. Called DP Service, Dragan answered - he is the Service Tech. Gave him my model and serial number. He called back willing to come out hoping it would not be more than the compressor as the circuit board was out of stock due to the age of the fridge (2006). He arrived on time with a 30 min. advance call. It was the compressor, yeah, all done in about 30 mins. Highly recommend this company and service tech Dragan.

This is the second time I've called-upon Dragan to repair our washing machine over a 4 year period. Both times he spotted the problem immediately, and had the parts available to do an on-the-spot repair. He's prompt, professional, and always gets the job done asap. I highly recommend him for anyone in the GTA needing an appliance serviced.

Our front loader machine front door would not unlock and had new, clothing inside. I called Whirlpool customer service and they informed me it would be 7-8 days. This of course is unacceptable for a family, estimates were also ridiculous. I asked who else I could call, she said a local repair man. I asked what was the difference, she said "nothing, they are ALL certified." I phoned during the holidays and Dragan came by 10:00pm (as he promised). My washer is working just fine with a simple lock replacement and diagnostics run exactly according to my manual. I could have been told...it was $250 for a pump, or a drain....or worse $500.00 for a control board. My mother in law was told that a couple months ago by whirlpool. That is the cost of a new appliance...how convenient. HIGHLY recommend!!

Called at 5pm on a Sunday, and he arrived at my house by 6pm. Job finished in under an hour.

Great service and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for everyone looking for appliance repair in the GTA.
